Welcome to Gopala Media. By hiring equipment, requesting line production services, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Equipment Rental Conditions

All equipment rented from Gopala Media remains the sole property of Gopala Media. Hirers are responsible for maintaining the equipment in good working order during the rental period and returning all items in original condition.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Equipment rentals and production bookings are confirmed upon issuance of a formal quote or agreement. Cancellations made prior to dispatch are subject to standard cancellation policies communicated during booking.

3. Insurance & Liability

Clients are required to ensure adequate transit and operational insurance coverage for high-value cinema packages and specialized gear during out-of-station or complex field productions.
